Vaccines Field Medical, Director, non-MD

For our client, we are seeking a Vaccines Field Medical, Director, non-MD to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will lead field medical strategy across an assigned territory, serving as a key scientific resource for external stakeholders and internal partners. The position focuses on translating disease-state and vaccine expertise into actionable education, insights, and stakeholder engagement. Success in this role will support stronger understanding of patient care and medical strategy in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $176,600 – $294,300 annually
Responsibilities
Develop and implement independent medical strategies for stakeholders in an assigned territory
Maintain expertise in disease states and product knowledge for effective communication
Act as a resource for medical information and stakeholder insights
Contribute to the development of educational content strategies
Engage with external stakeholders to enhance understanding of patient care
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a health science field required; PharmD, PhD, or equivalent preferred
5+ years of experience for PharmD/PhD, 7+ years for MBA/MSc, and 8+ years for BA/BSc
Experience in hospital therapies, outcomes, and/or epidemiology
Recognized subject matter expertise in vaccines by stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
