Senior Engineering Manager, Servicing

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, Servicing to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This leader will oversee multiple engineering teams responsible for critical servicing products and the technical strategy behind them. The role will focus on building scalable, reliable systems that support business priorities in a regulated financial environment. You will partner closely with Product and other cross-functional leaders to drive architectural clarity, execution discipline, and operational excellence.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $195,300 – $270,400 annually
Responsibilities
Lead and develop multiple engineering teams supporting critical servicing products
Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with business priorities
Partner with Product and cross-functional leaders to build scalable solutions
Drive architectural clarity and make sound technical decisions
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and operational excellence
Hire, coach, and mentor engineers and emerging leaders
Establish visibility into technical priorities and roadmap execution
Qualifications
10–15 years of software engineering experience, including 4–7 years in management
Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, APIs, and systems design
Experience leading teams in regulated fintech, payments, or lending domains
Ability to define and execute complex technical strategies aligned with business goals
Track record of building high-performing engineering teams and mentoring leaders
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
