Lead TA Partner, Americas

For our client, we are seeking a Lead TA Partner, Americas to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will lead end-to-end talent acquisition support for a broad range of hiring needs across the Americas. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, using market insight and data to shape recruiting strategies and improve hiring outcomes. The position also calls for close partnership with TA teammates and managers to strengthen candidate pipelines, sharpen processes, and support business growth in a highly regulated industry.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $114,080 – $213,900 annually
Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end recruitment services while managing key hiring metrics
Build strong consultative partnerships with managers and stakeholders
Stay informed on labor market insights and competitive intelligence
Share insights to influence hiring strategies with data
Develop a strong network of candidates and referrals
Utilize technology and AI tools to identify and assess talent
Collaborate with TA teams to execute recruitment strategies
Research and implement tailored recruitment strategies
Champion continuous improvement in hiring processes
Qualifications
10+ years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting across a range of disciplines and levels
Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence executives
Strong data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent sourcing and market research skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and AI technology
Experience in life sciences or regulated industries is a plus
