Senior Physician Recruiter

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will lead full-cycle physician and provider recruitment efforts, supporting practices with strategic hiring guidance and market-informed talent strategies. The position is highly consultative and requires strong partnership with medical practices, specialty organizations, and residency programs to build effective pipelines. Success in this role will depend on the ability to balance sourcing creativity, candidate evaluation, and process discipline in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities
Manage the full physician and provider recruitment cycle
Profile and consult with practices to assess recruitment potential
Analyze and maintain knowledge of practice market statistics and demographics
Source candidates through standard and creative strategies
Conduct interviews and provide recommendations on sourcing and negotiation strategies
Ensure compliance with candidate data entry and defined recruitment processes
Network with specialty associations and residency programs to generate recruitment leads
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of recruiting experience, or 20+ years in non-clinical recruiting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems, preferably Bullhorn
In-depth knowledge of medical specialties and physician practices
Strong understanding of local and regional medical communities
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience working independently and collaboratively
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
