HR Business Development Director

For our client, we are seeking a HR Business Development Director to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will focus on developing HR solutions that support new business opportunities and complex client pursuits. You will partner closely with senior client leadership, pursuit teams, and delivery teams to shape people transfer strategies and ensure HR considerations are addressed throughout the engagement lifecycle. The position also requires a strong grasp of HR costs, contract implementation, and onboarding coordination to support successful transitions.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $139,315 – $170,662 annually
Responsibilities
Develop HR solutions for business opportunities
Engage with client leadership on people transfer strategies
Deliver people transfer solutions as required
Collect necessary HR information for decision-making
Monitor HR costs and contract implementation
Collaborate with HR transition managers for effective onboarding
Advise pursuit and delivery teams on HR matters
Qualifications
BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
14 years of HR experience, particularly in staff transfer programs
Experience in strategic sourcing or M&A programs
Proven ability to engage with senior client management
Expertise in project management for staff transfer initiatives
