For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer - Digital Native Business (Strategic Accounts) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will partner closely with strategic enterprise accounts to shape technical solutions, guide architecture conversations, and support customer evaluation processes. The focus is on translating complex data engineering needs into clear solution designs that demonstrate business value and platform fit. You will work cross-functionally with account executives, customer engineers, and data teams to influence adoption and growth. Success in this role will come from combining deep technical credibility with strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver compelling proof-of-concepts and demos.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $152,300 – $209,450 annually
Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery and solution design for customer workloads
Build and deliver proofs-of-concept and demos on the company's platform
Manage frontline technical relationships with customer engineers and data teams
Develop technical strategies with account executives to grow platform usage
Articulate the company's differentiation during competitive evaluations
Contribute reusable technical assets to the solutions community
Qualifications
4+ years in data engineering, solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or consulting
Proficient in Python and SQL; capable of debugging and optimizing production-quality code
Hands-on experience with data solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of distributed data systems like Apache Spark™ or Delta Lake
Experience leading technical customer discussions and architecture reviews
Familiarity with data engineering processes and machine learning concepts
Strong presentation skills with live demo experience
