Senior Engineer Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Engineer Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will guide a high-performing engineering organization with a strong emphasis on people leadership, team development, and delivery execution. The position is designed for someone who can create clarity, set priorities, and build accountability while supporting broader organizational goals. You will partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve productivity, address technical risks, and foster a culture of excellence and psychological safety.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $170,000 – $230,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing team of engineers to deliver impactful improvements
Focus on people management and team development, minimizing hands-on coding
Drive project execution supporting organizational goals
Foster a culture of excellence and psychological safety
Set priorities, goals, and metrics for accountability
Build effective partnerships across engineering and cross-functional teams
Identify and address technical risks that affect productivity
Qualifications
10+ years of related experience
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to drive team development and performance
Experience with diverse workforce models, including employees and contractors
Proven experience navigating complexity and ambiguity
