For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will lead complex technical programs that support cloud operations, networking, and infrastructure initiatives across the organization. The Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager will partner closely with engineering and technical teams to execute high-impact projects, manage risk and dependencies, and keep leadership informed on progress. The ideal candidate will also help strengthen program governance, improve delivery processes, and support data integrity across operational platforms.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $164,000 – $205,000 annually
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end management of infrastructure projects, including cloud builds and data center migrations.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Establish project management frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage risks and technical dependencies across programs, ensuring timely communication to leadership.
Maintain data integrity across operational platforms to support program decision-making.
Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on technical project/program management experience in cloud operations, networking, and infrastructure.
Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT, or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to drive internal cross-functional projects and data center migrations.
Active exploration of AI tools for workflow improvement.
