Agile Transformation Coach

For our client, we are seeking a Agile Transformation Coach to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will guide enterprise and domain-level Agile adoption, helping align delivery practices with business strategy and operating model goals.
The coach will partner closely with leadership, Agile delivery leads, and teams to strengthen Agile execution, build capability, and support a shift from traditional project delivery to value-stream-based ways of working.
A key focus of the position will be driving cultural change, shaping coaching and training approaches, and improving how the organization scales Agile across teams.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $126,710 – $188,840 annually
Responsibilities
Drive Agile adoption at the domain and enterprise levels, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Work with leadership to continuously refine Agile frameworks within the organization.
Champion cultural transformation toward Agile principles, focusing on leadership behavior change.
Mentor and develop Agile delivery leads to improve Agile execution in pods and sub-domains.
Partner with leadership to enhance Agile capabilities across the organization.
Support the shift from traditional project-based delivery to Agile value streams.
Design internal Agile training and certification programs in collaboration with learning solutions teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
3+ years as a Team Coach, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach leading Agile adoption across teams required.
Experience coaching senior leadership, Agile delivery leads, and teams in Agile methodologies required.
Strong knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks, such as SAFe, LeSS, and Spotify, required.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), or SAFe Agilist (SA) required.
