Sr. Project Manager, IT

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Project Manager, IT to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will lead high-visibility technology initiatives that support enterprise operations and deliver measurable business value. The position will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive planning, execution, governance, and communication across complex projects. The right candidate will bring strong project management discipline, financial awareness, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned from kickoff through implementation.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $105,000+ annually
Responsibilities
Lead strategic IT projects from initiation through successful implementation
Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs
Develop detailed project plans, including risk mitigation strategies and budgets
Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues and roadblocks
Serve as the main point of contact for project communications
Facilitate project governance and executive status reviews
Promote accountability and collaboration among project teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
7+ years of project management experience with large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
Proven track record managing high-budget projects with enterprise-level visibility
Experience working with senior leadership and multiple departmental stakeholders
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and other planning tools
Experience in budget management and ROI analysis
