For our client, we are seeking a Talent Growth & Program Manager (REMOTE WEST COAST) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will shape career architecture and performance management programs that support employee growth and organizational effectiveness across the business. You will partner closely with People and Culture, subject matter experts, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are well-designed, clearly communicated, and aligned to operational needs. The position also requires strong project management and analytical skills to guide review cycles, improve program execution, and turn data into actionable recommendations.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $109,300 – $182,200 annually
Responsibilities
Design and maintain comprehensive career paths across a range of roles
Build and sustain relationships with subject matter experts to ensure accurate career content
Collaborate with People and Culture to align career architecture with operational needs
Oversee the project management of performance review cycles from start to finish
Unite diverse stakeholders to execute performance plans amid competing priorities
Enhance communication strategies and enablement for performance cycles
Use data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in talent management, performance management, HR, or organizational development
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently
Hands-on experience with Workday, preferably in Talent or Performance modules
Strong communication skills to clarify complex issues and influence stakeholders
Proven ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional partnership
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting program data
Curiosity about technology and adaptability to change
