Epic Application Analyst IV, Grand Central

For our client, we are seeking a Epic Application Analyst IV, Grand Central to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
In this remote role, you will serve as a senior Epic application expert supporting healthcare operations and workflow optimization. You will lead module-focused initiatives, guide end users and team members on best practices, and help strengthen system performance through cross-functional collaboration. This position plays an important role in ensuring clinical and operational teams have the tools and support needed to work efficiently and effectively.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $113,693 – $213,158 annually
Responsibilities
Lead Epic module projects and optimization efforts
Serve as the primary Epic subject matter expert for the team
Educate team members and end users on workflow best practices
Resolve Epic system issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
Epic certification in the assigned module required upon hire
5 years of recent relevant experience
Proven expertise in Epic systems and module support
Excellent communication skills for training team members and end users
