Commissioning Project Manager II

For our client, we are seeking a Commissioning Project Manager II to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will oversee commissioning project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and strong coordination across stakeholders. The position will partner closely with owners, contractors, and internal team members to keep work aligned to project goals and timelines. It will also drive process discipline, budget awareness, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of complex projects.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $101,610 – $135,645 annually
Responsibilities
Manage overall project execution and ensure deliverable accuracy
Engage with team members and stakeholders to align project goals
Oversee project KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Maintain and update project budgets throughout the project lifecycle
Create and manage project scope trackers and resource calendars
Establish and deliver processes for tracking project status
Drive corrective actions for identified scope or performance gaps
Provide training and mentorship to the commissioning team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of commissioning or related experience
Ability to professionally engage with owners and contractors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with fast-paced project management experience
Ability to multitask with effective prioritization skills
