Sr. Principal Design Engineer - Systems Integration, Data Center & Infrastructure Systems

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Principal Design Engineer - Systems Integration, Data Center & Infrastructure Systems to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.
This role will lead engineering delivery and systems integration for complex data center infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will drive alignment between execution and program priorities, helping ensure critical actions are closed on time and engineering risks are clearly understood. You will also guide system-level design reviews and verification activities while partnering closely with cross-functional engineering teams to improve performance and execution.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $164,200 – $295,600 annually
Responsibilities
Own engineering delivery and system integration for data center infrastructure systems
Ensure alignment between engineering execution and program priorities
Drive closure of critical actions across engineering teams
Lead system-level design reviews and verification processes
Establish visibility into engineering performance and execution risks
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering
8-15+ years in complex engineered systems
Experience in thermal, electrical, fluid, or controls systems integration
Proven capability in system-level engineering
Strong cross-functional leadership skills
