Services Consulting Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a Services Consulting Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will sit at the intersection of sales, customer success, and implementation readiness, helping evaluate whether prospective opportunities are feasible and well-scoped. You will lead solution scoping conversations, facilitate workshops, and help identify risks, gaps, and operational complexities before implementation begins. The position is highly cross-functional and plays an important part in supporting strong handoffs, accurate planning, and successful customer outcomes.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to evaluate prospect feasibility
Lead design sessions to map operations and define solution paths
Facilitate workshops to identify solution gaps and operational complexities
Support Sales with RFP responses for implementation-related activities
Provide guidance on pilot programs during pre-sales
Own and finalize solution scoping documents for project scope confirmation
Identify and escalate implementation risks with pipeline opportunities
Qualifications
5+ years in implementation or services sales support within SaaS
7+ years of customer-facing experience with enterprise clients in supply chain
Experience assessing data readiness and diagnosing integration gaps
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop solutions
Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships
Agility in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
