Vision Senior Product Manager - Remote in MN Market

For our client, we are seeking a Vision Senior Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will lead strategy and execution for a vision benefit portfolio, balancing product direction, operational execution, and compliance requirements. The position will define the end-to-end member experience across multiple channels while partnering closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership. It is a highly cross-functional role focused on improving program performance, managing risk, and responding effectively to regulatory change.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $112,700 – $193,200 annually
Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution for the vision benefit portfolio, aligning with business goals
Serve as the product owner, managing benefit design and operational execution
Define the end-to-end member experience across various channels
Lead complex initiatives in response to regulatory changes, ensuring compliance
Establish performance metrics for benefit utilization and member experience
Manage vendor strategy and oversee performance, including issue resolution
Facilitate cross-functional alignment on business objectives and regulatory demands
Monitor risks and operational challenges to maintain program performance
Provide expertise on benefit design, eligibility, and compliance to guide stakeholders
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management or program management, preferably in a complex environment
Strong understanding of regulations and compliance, particularly in healthcare
Experience managing vendor relationships and resolving issues
Skilled in developing executive-level communications for leadership presentations
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing diverse stakeholders
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret various performance metrics
Strong project management skills to drive organizational rigor and execution
