Senior Product Designer, Agent Experience

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer, Agent Experience to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will shape intuitive, trustworthy experiences for AI-powered agents that help users navigate complex security and compliance workflows. You will lead design from discovery through launch, defining how people delegate work to automated systems and how those systems surface results across key collaboration tools. The position blends systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft to improve usability, build confidence, and support effective human judgment alongside automation.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead design projects from discovery to launch for the agent experience.
Define how agents are structured and how they interact with users.
Create user experiences for delegating security and compliance tasks.
Establish patterns for reviewing and addressing agent-generated work effectively.
Design interactions for agents across collaboration platforms and internal workflows.
Develop principles for trustworthy AI agent behavior.
Conduct user research with security and compliance users.
Qualifications
7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or complex software products.
Proven experience designing AI-powered products and dynamic systems.
Strong expertise in creating agent experiences across various workflows and tools.
Experience designing products that require human judgment within automation systems.
Substantial skills in interaction design and visual design, with a focus on usability.
Ability to operate between systems-level thinking and detailed design execution.
Portfolio showcasing shipped work and experience navigating complex workflows.
