Role Description The Onsite Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for overseeing daily operations and implementation of JS WEL solutions at client locations. This role involves coordinating field projects, supervising site teams, and ensuring that product application and processes follow technical guidelines and safety standards. The Onsite Manager will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, manage schedules and resources, monitor project performance, and document site activities and outcomes. The position also includes training on-ground staff, resolving operational issues, and providing feedback to the technical and research teams to support continuous improvement of JS WEL technologies.
Qualifications
Operational and site management skills, including coordination of field activities, resource planning, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and maintain professional relationships.
Basic technical and analytical skills relevant to water treatment, agriculture, or industrial processes, with the ability to understand product application protocols and interpret field data.
Organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining project records, preparing site reports, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle onsite challenges, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth project execution.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, environmental science, agriculture, industrial management, or a related field; relevant work experience in operations or field management is preferred.
Comfort working in outdoor and industrial environments, with flexibility to visit multiple sites as needed.
Commitment to sustainable, non-chemical solutions and openness to learning about nano-biotechnology and biological treatment methods.
