About the Role
Oqart is looking for enthusiastic Full Stack Developers (Trainee/Intern level) to join our tech team. You'll work across front-end and back-end development on real projects, learn from experienced developers, and contribute to building and maintaining our products/platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications
Write clean, testable code under the guidance of senior developers
Build responsive UI components and integrate them with backend APIs
Design and work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval
Debug and fix issues across the application stack
Participate in code reviews and team stand-ups
Collaborate with design and product teams to implement features
Document code and technical processes
Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and best practices
Requirements
B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA or related degree (final year students/recent graduates welcome)
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a framework like React
Basic knowledge of back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Java, or similar
Understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or similar)
Familiarity with REST APIs and Git/GitHub
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Local candidates from Greater Noida/Delhi NCR preferred
Skills
Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or similar)
Back-end: Node.js, Python, or Java (any one)
Databases: SQL/NoSQL basics
Version control (Git/GitHub)
Willingness to learn new technologies
