Develop and maintain web applications and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager
Build reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and client libraries
Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Work with HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and AEM client libraries
Integrate AEM applications with REST APIs and backend services
Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into scalable web solutions
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Optimize application performance, accessibility, and page-load times
Troubleshoot and resolve UI/AEM issues across development, testing, and production environments
Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards
Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders
Support CI/CD processes and application deployments
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of relevant experience
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience with HTL (Sightly) and Sling Models
Solid understanding of AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs, and Client Libraries
Experience with REST API integration
Working knowledge of cross-browser/cross-device compatibility and performance optimization
Familiarity with web accessibility standards
Exposure to CI/CD processes
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA degree
