Lead User Interface Designer

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Lead UI/ UX Designer
Job Responsibilities :
● Lead end-to-end UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms
● Define and execute BelleVie’s design vision, strategy, and standards
● Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a strong design culture
● Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align on user experience
goals
● Build, maintain, and scale design systems and component libraries
● Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
● Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
● Develop user journeys, personas, and interaction flows
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency
● Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the
overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e.
color theory, visual weight, etc.)
● Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
● Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your
industry’s standards.
Required
● Proven 8+ years of experience UI/UX design with leadership experience
● Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
● Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking and high-quality execution
● Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
● Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills
● Strong problem-solving skills
Minimum Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related
field or Diploma in Design, Computer Science / IT with relevant hands-on experience or Equivalent
practical experience or certifications in software development (for fresher or self-taught candidates)
