Accounts & Finance Head

One of the largest & oldest dealerships of Maruti Suzuki in the country is looking for an experienced and strong profile as Head - Accounts & Finance, reporting to the CFO
As the Head - Accounts & Finance, you will be responsible to
Allocate resources and manage cash flows
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including ... month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue, tax filing, preparing and reviewing appropriate ledger entry reconciliations etc.
Supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day accounting activities
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Participate in regular tax audits and payroll
Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with the company’s targets
Ensure compliance with the law
You will be shortlisted if,
You are a CA / ICWA / MBA Finance
You have 12~15 years of experience in automotive retail, dealership accounting, or a similar multi-location retail environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and dealership-specific finance processes
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel for analysis and reporting
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis
Understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit procedures relevant to the automotive sector
