Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate product and service information
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Resolve customer issues professionally
Requirements:
Graduate (preferred)
Good communication skills (English & Kannada)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Customer handling skills
Experience in customer support is an added advantage
