Production Operative (Grading Shed)

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative (Grading Shed) at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Shift & Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off rolling shift pattern, working 6am to 6pm
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Responsibilities
Accurately grade potato products, ensuring that all products meet quality and weight specifications.
Inspect products for any defects or quality issues, reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, following all health and safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Requirements
Previous experience in production or grading roles is advantageous, particularly in the food industry.
Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
Physical fitness is required, as the role will involve heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
