About your service: Rockingham Lakes Primary School, Port Kennedy
Hourly Rate: $37.59 - $47.68 (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.
Before School Care: 6:40 AM- 8:40 AM
After School Care: 2:40 PM to 5:40 PM
Hours: 3-5 shifts per week. Predominately Monday to Thursday.
Vacation Care: Flexible upto 38 Hours per week.
Contract: Casual.
Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As our OSHC Service Assistant you will:
Create Awesome Experiences: Assist in delivering science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
What You Bring to the Mix
The Qualification: You’ve got a Certificate III in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved! (This is essential).
The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & . Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
