Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer with at least 3 years of hands-on paid advertising experience to join one of our clients remotely.
You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across paid media platforms. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who understands how to turn advertising budgets into measurable growth and is comfortable taking ownership of campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other relevant channels.
Manage advertising budgets while maximizing ROAS and controlling acquisition costs.
Monitor key performance metrics including CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation.
Develop and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Identify winning campaigns and confidently scale budgets while maintaining performance.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, sales, and client-facing teams to improve campaign results.
Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare clear performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay current with advertising platform changes, emerging paid media strategies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of professional media buying or performance marketing experience.
Proven experience independently managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of at least one major advertising platform, such as Meta Ads or Google Ads.
Demonstrable experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and improving campaign performance.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, funnels, and performance marketing metrics.
Experience with campaign testing, optimization, and scaling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with reporting and analytics tools.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take ownership of results.
Experience working with international clients, startups, agencies, or high-growth companies is a plus.
