Senior Delivery Leader, Risk Advisory Managed Services
Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic delivery leader to lead the end-to-end delivery of our Enterprise Risk Consulting business. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex, knowledge-intensive advisory and managed services engagements, ensuring exceptional client outcomes while driving operational excellence, innovation, and profitable growth.
The ideal candidate brings significant experience leading large-scale advisory or consulting delivery organizations within a Big 4 consulting firm, a Global Capability Center (GCC), Global Business Services (GBS) organization, or a Center of Excellence (CoE). They will have successfully managed multidisciplinary teams delivering risk advisory, governance, compliance, controls, internal audit, regulatory, or other knowledge-based services beyond transactional operations.
As a member of the leadership team, this individual will build a high-performing delivery organization that is future-ready, technology-enabled, AI-powered, and capable of scaling across multiple solutions and industries.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
Own the overall delivery strategy and execution for the Enterprise Risk Consulting portfolio.
Ensure consistent delivery excellence across client engagements while meeting quality, timeliness, commercial, and contractual commitments.
Establish governance frameworks, delivery standards, operating rhythms, and performance management mechanisms across engagements.
Drive client satisfaction through proactive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous service improvement.
Operational Excellence
Deliver against key operational and business KPIs including:
Service quality
Client satisfaction
SLA/KPI adherence
Productivity
Utilization
Gross margin
Delivery efficiency
Continuously improve delivery processes through standardization, automation, lean practices, and data-driven decision-making.
Build scalable delivery models capable of supporting growth across multiple service lines.
Workforce Planning & Talent Leadership
Own workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing across the managed services portfolio.
Ensure optimal resource allocation balancing client needs, utilization, employee development, and business priorities.
Lead the hiring strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition to build high-quality, future-ready teams.
Build strong succession pipelines for critical delivery and leadership roles.
People Development
Lead, mentor, and develop delivery managers and consulting teams.
Drive career progression, performance management, coaching, and leadership development.
Create a culture of continuous learning, accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Champion structured learning programs, certifications, and capability-building initiatives.
Drive cross-skilling and upskilling initiatives to increase workforce fungibility across solutions, industries, and service offerings.
Technology, Innovation & AI
Partner closely with Technology, Digital, and Product teams to transform delivery through automation and digital enablement.
Identify opportunities to build reusable assets, accelerators, platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
Lead the adoption of Agentic AI, GenAI, workflow automation, analytics, and intelligent knowledge systems within delivery operations.
Reimagine operating models to improve productivity, reduce delivery effort, and enhance quality while maintaining strong governance.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous experimentation.
Business Partnership
Collaborate closely with Consulting, Client Relationship, Sales, and Solution teams to support business growth.
Provide delivery insights during solution design, transition, and large deal pursuits.
Support proposals, client presentations, due diligence activities, and strategic pursuits by bringing delivery expertise and operational perspective.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on delivery strategy and execution.
Success Measures
Success in this role will be measured through:
