• Acts as a Finance Business Partnering point of contact for a department/team, providing insights and analytics and appropriately check and challenge financials and plans of the respective area; mentors and guides talent potentially managing others and developing their capabilities
• Provides analysis and delivers insights to support the management team with business improvement and decision-making
• Reviews financial processes, reporting on measures and action plans to resolve business inefficiencies and potential risk issues
• Drives the development of financial transparency as well as financial analysis and insights; contributing or leading international or global projects
• Supports the company's M&A activities through financial analysis and due diligence
• Performs complex business partnering activities in compliance with, local legislative and regulatory requirements​
• Provides advanced business analytics for large OpCos on a monthly basis, working across functions to gather, study and analyze financial data (such as cost margins, expenses and customer activity), analyze business performance and make recommendations for optimal profitability
• Develops quarterly budgeting and forecasting, providing financial data by category (eg, product line, product type) as directed by management. Prepares financial data for annual budgeting process
