Responsibilities
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Lead development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools, setting coding standards and best practices
Define and enforce data models, security frameworks, and compliance standards across Salesforce environments
Tackle challenging technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability concerns
Champion DevOps practices, including automated testing, Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management
Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and emerging technologies, guiding the team in adopting new features and tools
Experience with Community Cloud/Vlocity (Omnistudio)- Omni scripts, dataraptors, Salesforce CPQ
Skills
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strategic thinking with the ability to balance innovation and practicality
Commitment to quality, scalability, and security in solution design
