I'm Mrigank , founder of Lilly's Just Dough It, a bootstrapped edible cookie dough brand from Ambala. We're growing fast, and we want someone who lives for experiments to help shape what comes next.

What you'll do
Run regular R&D trials and chase new ideas
Create new flavours and recipes that could end up in real boxes
Tackle real challenges: texture, shelf life, and scaling
Keep clean trial logs, so every experiment teaches us something

The fine print
All recipes and formulations belong to Lilly's Just Dough It. You'll sign a short NDA and IP agreement before starting.
Food safety steps like heat treatment and final approvals stay under founder supervision.
Who should apply
Food Technology, Food Science, or Bakery Science students and freshers who love experimenting, aren't scared of failed batches, and want to build from zero.
