Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources to support academic programs and operational decisions. Responsibilities include performing exploratory data analysis, building reports and dashboards, and creating visualizations that highlight trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement. The role involves applying statistical methods, validating data quality, and supporting data modeling activities to forecast outcomes and optimize processes. The Data Analyst will collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams, communicate insights in clear language, and document methodologies and findings for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and familiarity with applying statistical methods to real-world data.
Candidates should possess competence in Data Modeling, including structuring data for reporting and predictive analysis.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should ideally have experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
