Casting Coordinator Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Casting Coordinator Intern to support our content and production teams in identifying, coordinating, and managing talent for BabyBillion’s video projects. This role involves sourcing suitable talent, communicating with parents/guardians and creators, coordinating auditions and schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of the casting process.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable children, creators, actors, and other talent for upcoming video projects.
Coordinate with parents/guardians, creators, and talent regarding auditions, availability, requirements, and shoot schedules.
Maintain and regularly update a database of potential talent.
Screen profiles and shortlist candidates based on project requirements.
Coordinate auditions, callbacks, trials, and casting sessions.
Maintain clear records of casting status, availability, and communication.
Work closely with the Content and Production teams to understand casting requirements.
Follow up with talent and parents/guardians to ensure timely confirmations.
Assist with documentation, consent forms, and other casting-related requirements.
Support the team during shoots and help coordinate talent when required.
Stay updated on new talent and potential creators who could be suitable for BabyBillion’s content.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
Organized and comfortable managing multiple candidates simultaneously.
Confident speaking with parents, children, creators, and other stakeholders.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Prior experience in casting, recruitment, talent management, content, or production is a plus but not mandatory.
Freshers and students with a strong interest in media, entertainment, content, or production are welcome to apply.
