Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Design teams to develop creative concepts through to final execution for both the homebuilding and payments brands.
Design and produce a wide range of brand assets across digital, print, motion, environmental graphics, presentations, and social media platforms.
Actively contribute to maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Develop compelling creative for advertising campaigns, brochures, presentations, signage, events, community marketing, sales materials, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
Create engaging motion graphics and visual content specifically for digital campaigns, social media, and product marketing efforts.
Support website, email, paid media, app marketing, and other digital experiences with compelling visual design solutions.
Manage multiple projects concurrently within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Stay current with contemporary design, luxury branding, architecture, interior design, fintech, payments, Web3, and digital marketing trends to keep our brands at the forefront.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate and/or fintech sectors.
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional branding, typography, editorial, digital, and campaign design work.
Proven experience designing for real estate, premium consumer brands, and/or fintech, payments, or technology brands is highly preferred.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
Strong typographic, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
A conceptual thinker with exceptional attention to detail, capable of bringing ideas to life visually.
Extensive experience designing for print, digital, motion, email, web, and social media campaigns.
A keen understanding of contemporary design trends across both luxury real estate and modern fintech brands.
What Will Make You Stand Out
Experience with software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, other motion software, and Figma.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 ecosystems.
