Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Davie, FL team

This position reports to the Technical Services Manager. This role is onsite and is based in our Davie, FL, office.
Responsibilities:
Create and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers in accordance with contract terms and company policies.
Understanding Oracle Project Billing functionality to create customer invoices
Review client contracts to understand billing requirements and terms.
Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing setup (client purchase orders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc.).
Coordinate with sales, finance, project administration, analysts, and other relevant roles/departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner.
Work with account management and project administration teams to develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategy
Communicate with internal stakeholders to address billing inquiries and concerns.
Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Basic Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Detail oriented and accurate
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work as a team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
Must have a reliable form of transportation
Preferred Requirements:
Associate's degree preferred.
Minimum 1 years of experience in billing, customer facing and/or finance related field.
