Full Time Waiting Staff

Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter /Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.
Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices.
Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments.
Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.
Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.
Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary.
Hours per week: 45
Leaving Cert level education or above
NVQ qualification or equivalent
Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Hands on and proactive approach
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent time management
