We are growing our hardware development capabilities and are looking for a PCB Simulation Engineer with expertise in Signal Integrity (SI) and/or Power Integrity (PI).
In this role, you will support the development of advanced electronics products where signal quality, power delivery and high-speed interfaces are critical to success. You will collaborate closely with electronics designers, PCB layout engineers, ASIC/FPGA developers and system architects to ensure robust and manufacturable designs.
Typical responsibilities include:
Signal Integrity analysis of high-speed digital interfaces
Power Integrity analysis and power distribution network optimization
PCB stackup definition and design reviews
Simulation-driven design recommendations
DDR memory interface analysis and optimization
Assessment of high-speed serial links and clock distribution networks
Correlation between simulations, measurements and laboratory verification
Technical support to PCB designers and electronics teams
Participation in customer projects across multiple industries including telecom, defense, medical technology, industrial automation and automotive

Must-have Qualifications
We believe you have:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar
Several years of experience in PCB development, SI, PI or electronic hardware design
Solid understanding of:
Signal Integrity fundamentals
Power Integrity fundamentals
Transmission line theory
Impedance control
High-speed PCB design
DDR memory interfaces
PCB stackups and return current paths
Experience working with simulation tools for SI and/or PI analysis
Experience with one or more of the following tools:
Siemens HyperLynx , Ansys HFSS, Cadence Allegro PCB Designer, and/or Altium Designer
Ability to explain complex technical findings to both specialists and non-specialists
Strong communication skills in English
Preferred / Nice-to-have
Experience with:
DDR3, DDR4, DDR5, LPDDR
PCIe
Ethernet (1G/10G/25G+)
SerDes interfaces
ASIC/FPGA-based systems
Telecom or radio products
Hardware verification and laboratory measurements using oscilloscopes
Knowledge of package-level simulations such as:
IC-package-PCB co-design
BGA fanout optimization
Package Signal Integrity
Package Power Integrity
Chip-package-board analysis
