Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll help bring TOMRA Food's global projects to life. You'll coordinate activities, connect stakeholders, track progress, and support the delivery of solutions that make a real difference to customers around the world.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow. You may be a Project Coordinator ready for the next step, an engineer looking to transition into project management, or someone with experience in operations or project support.

Key responsibilities:
Coordinate smaller projects or defined workstreams within larger projects under guidance.
Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation such as decision logs and action registers.
Monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks, escalating concerns when needed.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on actions.
Support resource planning by tracking requirements, identifying constraints, and updating allocations.
Deliver project activities within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Prepare project status updates and monthly reports for Steering Group review.
Keep documentation current in our TOMRA Project Portal to facilitate visibility and decision-making.
Apply TOMRA Food Project Model standards consistently and support change control processes.
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
Communicate clearly through agreed reporting channels.
Support start-up, handover, and lessons-learned activities.

Must-have:
Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of project management fundamentals with 1–3 years in a coordination or support role.
Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with sound judgment on escalation.
Confident in using standard business and project tools.
Fluent in English. Any additional languages are welcome.
Learnable in role:
Exposure to technology-driven or international business environments.
Familiarity with managing complexity and translating goals into actionable plans.
