Change Management Analyst

Designing project change management plans, engagement of required stakeholders, implementation of change management plans and agenda and rendition of adequate reporting.
Defining scope of project and the required changes that would be impacted.
Describe measurement of timelines required to implement changes.
Harnessing change objectives and goals with existing departmental functions and processes.
Coordinating different stages defined for executing Project.
Organize training engagements when and where required.
Design feedback platform that would enhance continuous improvement.
Defining systems or control tools that would be used to implement successful changes, reduce or eliminate change failures.
Manage systems and tools that would ensure all change stages are delivered successfully and within agreed set timelines.
Coordinate training of staff for a successful change.
BSc in Business or related field.
Professional certification such as Poject Management certification, Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum of Green Belt) etc can be an added advantage.
Experience:
At least 3 years work experience in Change Management or Project Management (banking experience not mandatory but can be an advantage)
Proven previous experience and ability to transfer knowledge
Must have handled at least two project changes
