What You Will Do
Category Leadership: Utilise category and consumer insights to become a trusted protein snacking partner within the New Zealand Grocery channel, identifying opportunities to drive meaningful category growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with major New Zealand retail and distribution partners, delivering mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
Commercial & P&L Ownership: Take ownership of budgeted revenue delivery, trade investment and forecasting, while delivering market share and commercial objectives.
Innovation & Customer Marketing: Champion customer marketing and product innovation across New Zealand, supporting successful product launches and activation plans.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute an ongoing three-year customer strategy supported by strong industry, category and commercial analysis.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach and develop the New Zealand Sales Team, including supporting the growth of the Key Account Executive and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and high performance.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
Experience within the FMCG industry, ideally in a National Account Management or similar commercial role.
Experience working with major grocery customers such as Woolworths and Foodstuffs is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
