Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, conducting inspections, supporting quality control processes, and resolving technical issues related to civil and structural works. Qualifications
Ability to work effectively on site, overseeing daily construction activities and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication skills for interacting with project teams, contractors, and clients, and for preparing clear reports and documentation.
Knowledge of quality control processes, inspection procedures, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Background in structural engineering and civil engineering, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with relevant experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
Proficiency in construction management tools, basic MS Office, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
