Position Title - Officer Planning & Logistics
Location - Tezpur
The Job Responsibility as as below:
1. Coordinate with all stakeholders to achieve 100% dispatch compliance on a monthly basis.
2. Manage finished goods (FG) invoicing and dispatch documentation.
3. Ensure timely truck placement to avoid permit expirations.
4. Handle and monitor the Indenting System.
5. Manage Finished Goods Warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and dispatch readiness.
6. Update and maintain records in the Freight Management System (FMS).
7. Perform EVC reconciliation for export permits.
8. Provide daily permit status updates and share Production & Dispatch (P&D) reports with stakeholders before 9:00 AM.
9. Manage label registration and renewal in compliance with regulatory timelines.
10.Process and manage outward freight/vendor invoices accurately and timely.
