Role Overview
We're looking for an analytical, numbers-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own the performance and execution of our Meta Ads strategy. You'll be responsible for scaling HIGHER! beyond our existing audience by masterminding end-to-end campaigns on Meta. You aren't just managing budgets. You're a creative strategist who knows how to warm up cold traffic through sophisticated funnels, from the initial scroll-stopping ad to the final product conversion.
