Senior Salesforce CRM Solution Architect

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce CRM Implementation Lead / Solution Architect to assess and transform our existing Salesforce environment and lead future-state CRM initiatives. This is a hands-on architecture and implementation leadership role. The ideal candidate can independently assess our existing CRM, recommend the future-state solution, build the roadmap, and lead the organization through implementation while working closely with our IT/TMS and business teams. The reporting location for this role is Brampton, ON.
Responsibilities:
Assess the current Salesforce environment and identify gaps, opportunities, and technical improvements.
Define the future-state Salesforce architecture and implementation roadmap.
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations from requirements and solution design through UAT, deployment, go-live, and adoption.
Provide hands-on expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow/automation, security, reporting, and forecasting.
Lead API, ERP/TMS integrations, data migration, data quality, and governance.
Evaluate and implement relevant Agentforce and Data 360 capabilities.
Work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT/TMS teams, developers, and Salesforce partners.
Lead UAT, training, change management, and user adoption activities.
Manage and provide technical direction to Salesforce vendors, consultants, and specialists.
Establish scalable Salesforce architecture, governance, and best practices.
Requirements
8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5+ years in Salesforce architecture and/or enterprise implementation leadership.
Proven track record leading multiple end-to-end enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow/automation, integrations, data migration, security, reporting, and forecasting.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, TMS, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
Experience with UAT, deployment, training, and user adoption.
Experience working with and managing Salesforce implementation partners/vendors.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and architecture.
Salesforce certifications are preferred, particularly architecture-related certifications.
Independent consultants/contractors with strong enterprise implementation experience are also encouraged to apply.
