Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manufacturing Engineer role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Manufacturing Engineer will , develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and safety. Daily responsibilities include analyzing production workflows, creating process documentation, supporting new product introductions, and troubleshooting technical issues on the shop floor. The role will involve close collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams, as well as working with suppliers and vendors when required. The Manufacturing Engineer will also contribute to cost reduction initiatives, capacity planning, and implementation of continuous improvement projects.
