Overview
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the creative process and bringing ideas to life through compelling designs across various platforms. Working closely with senior creatives, you will have the opportunity to contribute your unique perspective and play a key role in the development of innovative and effective visual concepts that resonate with audiences.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior creatives to translate creative briefs into visually engaging designs
• Conceptualize and develop fresh, innovative ideas that effectively communicate key messages
• Create original, high-quality visuals, including graphics, layouts, and artwork, for various media (print, digital, social, and video)
• Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and industry standards to ensure consistent and impactful visual work
• Partner with copywriters, senior creatives, and the client servicing team to execute cohesive and creative campaigns
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and industry best practices to continually enhance your skills
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative visual solutions and ideas
• Support senior art directors and the team in refining and executing design concepts
Requirements
• Strong passion for advertising, design, and visual storytelling
• 2 -4 years of experience in the advertising industry, ideally within a creative agency
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Solid understanding of visual communication, typography, and colour theory
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into effective visual solutions
• Creative, original, accountable, and confident in presenting and discussing design ideas
