Role Description The Management Information System Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Daman. This position is responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using data from various departments such as production, sales, and inventory. The role involves consolidating information, analyzing trends, and creating dashboards to support management decisions and performance tracking. The Executive will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection, verify data integrity, and resolve discrepancies. Additional responsibilities include generating ad-hoc reports, supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring timely submission of all management information to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with multiple departments.
Candidates should be proficient in MS Excel and other reporting tools; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
Prior experience in manufacturing or production-based organizations will be considered beneficial.
