This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Oracle Fusion Recruiting Lead based in United States.
This is a full-time, remote leadership role focused on optimizing Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud (ORC) for a complex healthcare enterprise. The position connects talent acquisition strategy with Oracle HCM capabilities to improve hiring efficiency, candidate conversion, and compliance. You will lead the functional review, redesign, and optimization of recruiting workflows across clinical and non-clinical hiring environments. The role combines hands-on configuration expertise with stakeholder advisory, process improvement, analytics, and delivery leadership. You will work closely with clinical leaders, recruiting teams, technical partners, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Success in this role requires strong Oracle Fusion expertise, healthcare recruiting knowledge, and the ability to lead complex client-facing initiatives.
