Role Description The Corporate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Ankura Hospital in Vijayawada. This role oversees day-to-day corporate operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include managing administrative processes, coordinating with clinical and support departments, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing operational improvements. The Corporate Manager will prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership, manage budgets and resource allocation, and support strategic initiatives for hospital growth and patient experience. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative work culture, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong skills in hospital or healthcare administration, operations management, and corporate governance.
Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and financial monitoring for multi-department operations.
Experience in process improvement, quality assurance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Demonstrated leadership in team management, performance supervision, and staff development.
Comfort with data analysis, reporting tools, and use of hospital information systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in a corporate or multi-site healthcare environment is highly preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, with flexibility to coordinate across multiple centers.
