About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help shape the visual identity of Autopilot Offices.
You will create designs for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites, property marketing, videos, signage and other brand materials. You will also use AI tools to create images, videos and campaign variations faster and more efficiently.
This role is not limited to executing briefs. You will be expected to contribute ideas, develop visual concepts and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
Create designs for social media, paid campaigns, websites, email, presentations, property collateral, signage and print materials.
Develop visual concepts based on marketing and business requirements.
Create and edit short-form videos, workspace films, motion graphics and animated content.
Use AI tools to generate original images, videos, storyboards, concepts and campaign variations.
Take ownership of creative projects from the initial idea to final delivery.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital and physical brand touchpoints.
Work closely with the Marketing, Business Development and Operations teams.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers and external creative partners when required.
Ensure that every creative is accurate, polished and ready for the intended platform.
Explore new design and AI tools that can improve creative quality and speed.
What We’re Looking For
5-8 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication or digital media.
A strong portfolio covering brand design, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, video and motion graphics.
Strong knowledge of typography, colour, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Working knowledge of Figma.
Practical experience with AI image and video tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, Sora or similar platforms.
Strong video editing and motion design skills.
Ability to understand a brief, develop ideas and complete projects independently.
Good understanding of how design can support marketing and business goals.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to receive feedback positively and work well with different teams.
Experience in commercial real estate, architecture, workspace design, interior design or B2B marketing would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
