Forward Deployed Engineer - Remote

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with customer engineering teams and put an AI platform to work on their hardest technical problems. This role is focused on designing, building, and deploying production-grade applications, integrations, and data pipelines directly alongside customer teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partner directly with customer engineering and business teams to scope the highest-impact use cases
Design, build, and deploy production-grade applications, integrations, and data pipelines on top of the platform
Prototype rapidly in close collaboration with customers, refining based on their feedback
Work hands-on with LLM-based systems, from prompting and RAG to agent workflows, debugging and resolving issues in live, in-production deployments, often under time pressure
Turn recurring customer needs into concrete feedback for product and engineering to improve the core platform
Core Requirements
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of customer-facing or high-ambiguity work
Strong coding ability in at least one of Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Go
Track record shipping fullstack applications, APIs, and data pipelines end to end
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), databases, and SQL
Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems (prompting, RAG, evals, agent workflows)
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting requirements in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Strong ownership and bias toward action, doing what it takes to get the customer unblocked
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
